Delivery Policy

 

Our deliveries are made via Correios  (Sedex or PAC) and the deadline is shown in the product description, in the case of orders or at the time of purchase, for products already available.

Exchange for Failure

 

In the event of a defective exchange, the following conditions must be observed:

  • The period for return for damage is 30 (thirty) days, counting from the date of receipt of the purchase;

  • The piece must be returned to our address in the original packaging, without any sign of use, accompanied by its invoice, manual and accessories, if any.

  • If the defect is found, the customer may opt for a full refund of the amount paid using the same payment method used  or maintain a credit for future purchases, valid for 30 days._cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b- 136bad5cf58d_

 

Contact us by e-mail ( gui@guisiqueira.com.br ), informing us of your name, contact telephone number, order number and the reason for the exchange request. Upon our return, please send the product to our address, following the conditions above. 

 

The product will undergo a technical analysis, if a manufacturing defect is found, all expenses and postage charges for the exchange are the responsibility of Gui Siqueira, unless it is found that the damage was due to misuse. If it is found that there is no defect in the product, the return costs will be the responsibility of the customer. 

 

 

Withdrawal of Purchase

 

In case of withdrawal, the following conditions must be observed:

  • The deadline for withdrawal of the purchase is 07 (seven) calendar days, counting from the receipt of the purchase.

  • The piece must be returned to our address in the original packaging, without any sign of use, accompanied by its invoice, manual and accessories, if any.

 

In case of withdrawal, please contact us by email ( gui@guisiqueira.com.br ), informing us of your name, contact telephone number, order number and the reason for withdrawal. Upon our return, please send the product to our address, following the conditions above. 

 

The product will undergo a technical analysis and the customer may choose to fully refund the amount paid or maintain credit, valid for 30 days, for future purchases, unless misuse is observed. All expenses and postage charges for withdrawal of purchase are the responsibility of the buyer, except in cases of manufacturing defect, which will be analyzed on a case-by-case basis.
