Blade Only - Sloyd Caapora - 100mm

The Caapora is a Sloyd-type knife for wood carving.
 
This is the option only blade, without handle. When purchasing the blade, you will need to make the handle to use your tool.
 
This version has a 100mm blade.
 
By default the tool only comes with a simple protection. If you want, I also offer some sheaths that you can find at the store.
 
Remember that for your safety, if you choose not to buy the sheath, it is very important that you make your own sheath as soon as your tool arrives.

10.0cm blade, made from 52100 ball bearing steel, hand forged and refined through heat treatment. Hardness of approximately 62 HRC.
  
Thickness approx. 3mm at base with distal thinning to approx. 1.5mm at the tip. This makes it very versatile, even for details using the tip.
  
Sharpening made of stone over concave 28 degree roughing, which makes it a general-purpose blade, both for finishing and for more aggressive cuts.
